I just went to a bad ass concerto my friends!! I saw this group called “The Third Letter” and they were totally rockin! They were so big and bad and just well so awesome! They had this song called damage control master formula and this other more melodic tune I think that song was called how to deal with stress, that was really cool too. I love it when I can go to a show and purchase the bands cd right at the show because they are so knarly!! The opening act was a band from Hibbing, Minnesota called…I think that there name was caveman diet and they were freaking loud and rude broseff!! I saw this show at the Palidium in the rockin city of Davenport, IA. It was sold out and the whole place was decked out in holloween paraphenalia all over. I just really enjoyed myself so much that I almost didn’t want to ever leave!

Personally, Gore’s endorsement for Obama is another indicator of the Democratic Party’s willingness to form under the leadership of Obama and this will hopefully prove to be the democratic parties master formula and real desire to change the way that things are done in not only California but the whole country. I know there are still alot or raw emotions, omega 3 benefits and hurt feelings surrounding the grueling primary that we endured. But as a party we did just that, endured. We need to defeat McWar in November, so lets come together maybe somewhere around the vitamin shop, in the spirit of unity to take back the White House for the people. I think that this whole housing market issue is really starting to get to people, I am glad I decided not to buy but instead I decided to go ahead and rent a little while longer, which obviously was the better choice for me and my ripped abs. I make a reasonable amount of money and the fact that I think that this has let me buy some more important things like a gym membership and so fourth. I am into primal nutrition and buying vitamins especially vitamins online so I think all of these things are better than being in debt to some bastard financing company.

I fell down into a whole the other day, i got very upset when I realized that I couldn’t get out… by myself. I knew then that I neede a person lookup instrument to help me find a friend. My emotions turned from anger and a very gravy rage to remorse and then I remembered that Jesus Christ is my savior and I waited for him to get me out of there. Just then, a trash man named Matthew the Hebrew came by and offered to help, I told him no thanks, that he should just keep on walking. Then the day came closer to night and another man came by his name was Marcus and Mark as I liked to call him asked if I needed help, to get out of this whole. Now night arrived with its purple legion and still another man came his name was Luke and asked me if I needed help and I told him that I was waiting for Jesus to help me out. He looked at me as if he were a dog that had just been shown a card trick. Then morning came and I died from dehydration. Never trust people to help you!

I am originally from a town called Decatur and the people that still live there like to refer to the place as the dirty D. I don’t know why these sub humans are even given the time of day to make up such a sucky name for there God awesome place. I shouldn’t even call it a place, its more of an aweful hellish replica. These lesser beings don’t even care to know what the orac value of there foods are, I bet. I bet these troglodyte creatures with there underdeveloped brain cannot even find vitamins online to buy! Ha! I hate people, these wretched humans, these Decaturites!!!

These are the best omega 3 capsules I have ever had, they have really changed my life. I have an uncle who just came over for Christmas, he came over from New York, he and the rest of his family came down for the holidays and we all enjoyed the decent weather and we all definitely enjoyed the grea, great food that we all ate. I had to take into account the damage control that my uncle had to go into because of all the problems that he is having with his wife, and believe me his wife does not know to find a natural cholesterol cure but she doesn’t even try. Anyway, I hate the hell out of clowns. I remember their was this clown who, I swear to christ, was a communist clown. I hate them, they turned me into an Bluejay one year, I swear to God I thnk they turned me into a damn bird!!

So I am ok with there being competition out there, after all I think that is how products in the market get better. There is one problem I do have though, I am trying to buy vitamins online and there just really is a lot to choose from. Listen if I am ever going to learn how to deal with stress I think eliminating some of these products would be the first step in the right direction.
I also have a bad ticker and want to find something with the healthiest antioxidants and a good dosage of co-q10. There is a lot of things out there and I hate going to a vitamin shop. I think I will just sit hear till God gives me the spiritual green light from above to go with something. Wish me luck!

So I gave the matorcycle world a shot, and apparently I did not recieve the damage control master formula before hand. I went out with my brother to a little round-a-bout street with little traffic to try his bike out. Well the 1st run went fine and then the second run I started to lose control and ran it right into a tree. Well, I have a broken leg and two broken ribs on my left side. My brother feels really bad but I told him it wasn’t his fault, because it wasn’t. So now I am laid up at home watching movies. Guess what movie my brother brings over for me, he has such a sense of humor, Wild Hogs, a motorcycle movie with Martin Lawrence in it to boot. Lucky me!

A motorcycle virgin! I love motorcycles, but cannot ride them. (I’m still afraid)  Anyway, I think I’ll get out in that big bad world and ride one. What should I start with? I want a big one.
